At least half of my time is spent assisting clients who are relocating into Utah.   I help them to prioritize needs and wants, and then we look for the right community and neighborhood based upon their desires.  I have a large range of advanced 24/7 technological tools to use in these searches including satellite photos, digital photos, arial maps, custom street maps, a nationwide title search, and websites to post pictures of homes and land.
